Needed an oil change. Scheduling was easy, check in was easy but it took 2 hours for them to complete the job. I have taken it to them in the past for the same thing and it took maybe an hour.

Well done. However Ford Motor Co has contracted a promotional company to sell tires through the Ford dealers . A promotional rebate was offered . This promotion has been a catastrophe. The administration by the promotional organization ,contracted by Ford Motor Co.,needs to be given a refresher course or investigated. I bought 4 tires three months ago and still have not received my rebate.
